Are Kerya Station items handmade?

Yes! Our crochet pieces are handmade with care. Small variations are a natural part of handmade work and make each piece unique.

Can I choose my colors?

Many made-to-order and custom pieces can be created in your preferred colors. Availability depends on the yarn and design, so contact us if you have something specific in mind.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Custom sizing is available for select designs. Accurate measurements may be required before production begins.

Can I add a name or monogram?

Personalization and monogramming are available on select products, including eligible Amour pieces. Please double-check spelling and initials before submitting your order.

How long will my order take?

Processing times vary by product because a beanie and a detailed cardigan or blanket require very different amounts of work. Check the individual product listing for its current processing estimate. Shipping time is separate.

Do you take rush orders?

Sometimes! Rush orders depend on our current workload, materials, and your requested date. Please contact us before ordering. An additional rush fee may apply.

Can you recreate something I saw in a photo?

Reference photos can help communicate the look you love, but Kerya Station will not promise an exact copy of another maker’s original work. We can discuss creating a Kerya Station design inspired by the features you like.

Are custom orders returnable?

Custom, personalized, monogrammed, and made-to-measure items are generally final sale unless Kerya Station made an error or the item arrived defective. Please see our Shop Policies for full details.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available for select orders when offered at checkout or arranged with Kerya Station. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

How should I wash my crochet?

Care depends on the fiber used. Follow the instructions included with your piece. You can also visit our Crochet Care Guide for general tips.
